Laminates are available in grade 31 (entry level/domestic) and grade 32 (commercial). There are also semi-waterproof options available. Plastic foam needs to be laid underneath when installing laminates on concrete floors. Alternatively, when installing on tiles or wood, plain foam should be used as the plastic will cause sweating between the laminates and the floor.
